Shipping Policy

Items that are lost or damaged during shipping can receive a full refund or replacement if contacted within 30 days of order date.

You must provide photo proof of damage. We have the right to decline any refunds if your proof of damages isn’t good enough.

Shipping labels are purchased through Pirate Ship and you will receive updates for order tracking via phone text or email.

Local Delivery (Free or Paid) can be declined even if eligible for any reason. This is usually for our safety or if there are other circumstances. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This is mainly because we sell food products. Refunds are only eligible because of shipping issues
